Nick-N-Willy's Pizza was founded in 1988 in Boulder, Colorado and quickly grew as a purveyor of a truly unique concept. Nick-N-Willy's offers both take-n-bake pizza as well as full baked delivered pizza and is an easy operation no fuss, no muss franchise.

As one of the pioneers of the Take-N-Bake concept, the Nick-N-Willy’s franchise has continued to expand, but it is the unique recipes and quality of our pizza that remains the foundation of our Nick-N-Willy’s Pizza stores. Today, Nick-N-Willy’s operates over 65 stores in 22 markets.

Our franchise is currently positioned to take advantage of the rapidly growing fast casual dining sector offering America’s favorite food, Pizza! And not just Pizza, the World's Best Pizza with incrediable taste made with fresh, quality ingrediants. We expect to reach our goal of opening our 100th unit in 2008. In addition, the company has expanded its operations internationally into Canada. The Canadian operation is expected to have ten stores in operation, located in three provinces, in 2008.

We prepare our dough fresh daily in small batches, using only 100% pure olive oil. We use only the highest quality ingredients from premium meats to fresh vegetables and five blends of cheeses such as our own blend of mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, Fontina and feta.

We take care in selecting our ingredients. For instance, we travel annually to California and specify with our manufacturers “fresh pack” varieties of our own Roma tomatoes for our specialty blend of pizza sauce. For our specialty “Signature” gourmet pizzas, we provide a selection of sauces including our proprietary white garlic sauce, fresh basil pesto sauce and our very spicy “Fresh Jalapeno Burn” for those who like it spicy hot. Our pizzas are topped with a variety of fresh toppings such as spinach, Mandarin oranges, herb infused marinated artichoke hearts, and our proprietary marinated sun-dried tomatoes and BBQ chicken breast.

We are not just about pizza. We continue to add complementary food choices to our menu including freshly made calzones, Willy’s Wings, and an assortment of desserts. And no meal is complete without a freshly prepared salad.
