La Paloma is a super-premium quality Gelato manufacturer and retailer that offers a unique alternative to the pre-made or packaged frozen ice cream currently prevalent throughout Europe and North America. Through our central production commissary, each La Paloma store receives their gelato fresh daily by qualified gelatiere (artisan gelato makers) using the freshest and highest quality natural ingredients. High quality gelato has always greatly depended on the individual skills and abilities of the gelatiere or chef. Until now, replicating this knowledge and skill on a large scale was clearly a difficult feat.
We have recreated an authentic Italian culinary and cultural experience modelled after the greatest, most famous cafés of Europe. Our concept reflects ‘la dolce vita’ through our casual offering of coffees, drinks, desserts and, of course, our product line of Artisan Gelato confections.
