 The Best Body Bootcamp is a 4 week goal-oriented, fitness program geared to help you achieve your Best Body. Upon registration you will receive an informative e-book with nutritional guidelines and information, as well as weekly newsletters with additional tips and recipes. Our program is run outdoors in the spring and summer months, getting you out of the gym and enjoying Toronto's natural parks! Once the cold weather hits, in the fall and winter months, we move indoors.
