Due to some exciting life changes I am considering selling my well established Grooming and Pet Supply Business. Located in downtown Pictou I have wonderful and faithful customers who book months in advance. Business also greatly increases in the summer months due to the seasonal residents in the area.
The shop area is wired for a security system and had a heat pump installed last year. The roof was also replaced last year. There is a bachelor apartment above the shop which is currently being rented and pays the mortgage!
